2013 Rates

RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. Children under 12 stay FREE. Guests age 12-17: 5/24-9/1 $10. Balance of year $5. Additional gueats 18 and older: 5/24-9/1 $20. Balance of year $15. Cots or cribs $10. Maximum occupancy 5. ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR WITH FAMILY. All guest rooms, inside restaurant and lounge are non-smoking. A MINIMUM $100 CHARGE APPLIES FOR VIOLATING THE NON-SMOKING POLICY. This policy is strictly enforced. Exceptions include room balconies and pool area.

REFUND POLICY: A 7 day notice prior to your arrival date is required for refund of deposit less a $25 service fee. No refunds will be made within seven days of the arrival date. For reservations made less than seven days prior to the arrival date, notice of cancellation must be received by midnight of the day the reservation was made.

*Sunday Sep 1 at Weekend Rates. . . BEACH BADGES: Beach Badges are supplied free of charge. A $50 refundable deposit is required per badge to insure return. Credit cards prefered. Badges may also be purchased from the Township or on the beach directly from the badge checkers.
